This is an encaustic painting of the Tacoma Narrows bridge through the fog. Layers of wax and acrylics create the foggy perspective. It is 6 3/4" wide x 9 1/4" tall, nicely framed in teak wood with mitered edges.
I pack each painting very carefully in bubble wrap and a sturdy box. The wax is solid due to the resin added to the heating process. So you don't have to worry about it melting! Though, I wouldn't recommend keeping it in the back seat of your car on a hot day...
